Welcome to NoneM. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NoneM's cloud services, including but not limited to cloud storage, data hosting, CDN services, APIs, and related infrastructure ("Cloud Services"), as well as any products, scripts, or software purchased through our store ("Store Products"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Definitions
- "NoneM," "we," "us," or "our" refers to NoneM and its operators.
- "User," "you," or "your" refers to individuals or entities using our services.
- "Cloud Services" includes cloud storage, data hosting, CDN, API access, and related infrastructure services.
- "Store Products" refers to scripts, software, and digital products sold through our store.
- "Content" means any data, files, or materials uploaded, stored, or transmitted through our services.
3. Account Terms
To use our Cloud Services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
- Be responsible for all activities conducted under your account
4. Cloud Services
4.1 Service Description
Our Cloud Services provide secure storage, hosting, and delivery infrastructure for your data and applications. This includes file storage, CDN distribution, API access, and related features as described in your subscription plan.
4.2 Storage and Bandwidth
Your Cloud Services subscription includes specific storage capacity and bandwidth allocations. Usage beyond your allocated limits may result in additional charges or service limitations as outlined in your plan details.
4.3 Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all Content you upload to our Cloud Services. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your Content. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your Content solely for the purpose of providing the services.
4.4 Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, you acknowledge that no system is completely secure, and you are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of your Content.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our services to:
- Store, distribute, or transmit any illegal, harmful, or malicious content
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Engage in unauthorized access to any systems or networks
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Use our services for cryptocurrency mining without explicit authorization
- Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
6. Payment and Billing
6.1 Cloud Services Billing
Cloud Services are billed on a recurring subscription basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
6.2 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of services after price changes constitutes acceptance of new pricing.
7. Refund Policy
7.1 Cloud Services Refunds
14-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund: For new Cloud Services subscriptions, we offer a full refund within the first 14 days of your initial subscription month, no questions asked. This applies only to your first month of service and is available once per customer.
After the initial 14-day period or on subsequent billing cycles, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. We may issue prorated refunds for unused service time in cases of service issues or extenuating circumstances.

8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability for our Cloud Services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.
9. Termination
9.1 Termination by You
You may cancel your Cloud Services subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. Your data will be retained for 30 days after termination, after which it may be permanently deleted.
9.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay fees. We may also terminate services with 30 days' notice for any reason.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NONEM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NoneM and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your Content, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our services. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
